Go Higher
Whenever anyone has offended me, I try to raise my soul so high that the offense cannot reach it.
Rene Descartes
Sometimes I want to relearn things I’ve long forgotten from school. Thankfully, sites like the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has articles like “Layers of the Atmosphere” for me to use to refresh my memory. (I’m saving a clouds identification relearn for later). What did I learn? Our Thermosphere is insane with its temperature gradient going between -184F (-120C) to 3,600F (2,000C) degrees. Also, the auroras happen in this layer. Neat.
