Frame It
We are not permitted to choose the frame of our destiny. But what we put into it is ours.
Dag Hammarskjold
It’s never too late to brush up on the basics, right? For you amateur photographers out there, here’s a brush-up article “Framing Your Shots – Photography Composition Technique ” from the Digital Photography School . And, today I learned that what I thought was “framing” wasn’t: “Framing is the technique of drawing attention to the subject of your image by blocking other parts of the image with something in the scene.” I thought the concept was more about composition and not specifically about creating a frame around the subject in the picture. Maybe I never really thought about it. Yay learning.
